By placing an order with Kentucky Gun Shop you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ to purchase long guns, ammunition, and most accessories. You must be 21+ to purchase handguns and NFA items. You must not be prohibited from firearm possession under federal, state, or local law.
Age Verification
By completing checkout you affirm that you meet the age requirements for each item ordered and that you will not transfer firearms to any prohibited person.
Compliance
All firearm sales comply with the Gun Control Act of 1968, the Firearm Owners Protection Act, the National Firearms Act, and applicable state and local statutes. Firearms ship only to licensed FFL dealers for transfer.
Pricing & Availability
Prices and inventory are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that become unavailable or incorrectly priced.

Kentucky Gun Shop is not liable for injury, death, or property damage resulting from misuse of any product purchased from this store. All customers accept full responsibility for safe handling and lawful use.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from a purchase will be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Kentucky Gun Shop’s registered state of operation.
