Your satisfaction matters to us. Kentucky Gun Shop accepts returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible for Return
- Unfired firearms in original packaging with all accessories.
- Unopened ammunition, magazines, and accessories.
- Apparel with tags attached.
Not Eligible for Return
- Fired firearms or ammunition that has been removed from sealed packaging.
- Custom or special-order items including 80% lowers once work has been performed.
- NFA items (switches, auto sears, suppressors) after ATF transfer.
- Cleaning supplies, lubricants, and consumables once opened.
Defective & Warranty Items
All new firearms carry the manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty claims, contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us and we will help coordinate the claim. Defective accessories discovered within 30 days of delivery may be returned for a replacement.
How to Start a Return
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll issue an RMA and return shipping instructions. Refunds post within 5–7 business days after we receive the item back in saleable condition.
