Shipping & FFL Transfer Information

Kentucky Gun Shop ships firearms, ammunition, and accessories nationwide to all 50 states where legal. All firearms ship directly to a licensed FFL dealer of your choice for final transfer. Non-firearm items ship via USPS or UPS to your home.

Processing & Shipping Times

• Order processing: 1–2 business days after payment clears.
• Firearm shipments: 3–5 business days (tracked, signature required at FFL).
• Ammunition: 3–7 business days via ground (hazmat regulated).
• Accessories / apparel: 2–5 business days.

FFL Transfer Process

1. Complete checkout and select your preferred FFL dealer during order notes.
2. We email your FFL for their license copy and ship once received.
3. Complete the ATF Form 4473 and background check at the FFL on arrival.
4. Take home your firearm after successful NICS clearance.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products including Glock switches, auto sears, SBRs, and suppressors are regulated under the National Firearms Act. Kentucky Gun Shop sells only to qualified buyers in compliance with federal, state, and local law. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are legal at their delivery address.
