What tools are required to complete these frames?
You will need a drill press or hand drill, an end mill (commonly a 3/16″ or 5mm router bit), drill bits (#3 and 4mm are typical), files, and sandpaper. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions included with the jig.
Are these frames compatible with aftermarket slides and parts?
They are designed for Glock Gen 3 components. While most OEM and quality aftermarket parts work, we had one return where a customer used an aftermarket frame that caused a fitment issue. For guaranteed results, we recommend starting with known-compatible OEM-spec parts.
Is the serialized area pre-engraved?
No. The frame includes a flat, smooth area designed for you to add your own serial number or other identifying markings in compliance with all applicable laws.
