No. This is a slide-only assembly. You will need to source a compatible GLOCK 19 Gen4 barrel and recoil spring assembly to complete the upper.
Will this work on a Gen5 frame?
Yes, it will function on a Gen5 frame. However, you must use a Gen4 magazine catch, as the Gen5 ambidextrous catch will interfere with the slide’s internal geometry.
Are the front serrations sharp?
They offer a positive, aggressive grip for manipulation but are not sharp enough to damage gear or hands with normal use. The machining provides excellent traction without being overly abrasive.
