Based on our staff’s hands-on experience, this P365-380 runs flawlessly with standard 115gr and 124gr FMJ range ammunition. We did note one isolated hiccup with a specific 147gr subsonic load during testing, so we recommend sticking with common grain weights for optimal reliability.
Is the grip module interchangeable with other P365 models?
Yes. It uses the same modular Fire Control Unit (FCU) as the 9mm P365. This means you can swap the .380-specific grip module and slide onto a standard P365 FCU, and vice-versa, offering significant customization options.
Is this model optics-ready?
Yes. The slide comes cut for SIG Sauer’s ROMEOZero red dot sight footprint, allowing for a direct mount without the need for an adapter plate. The rear sight is dovetailed separately, so it remains in place when an optic is installed.
