Made by Apex Tactical, this tray is built for anyone who works on pistols regularly — gunsmiths, law enforcement armorers, or the guy who likes to detail strip his own carry piece on a Sunday afternoon. The polymer construction is tough enough for daily shop use but won’t scratch up your frame or slide. It measures 1.65 inches tall, 4.75 inches wide, and 8 inches long — compact enough to sit on a crowded bench, big enough to catch what you drop.
The center of the tray is lowered to create a catch basin. When you’re pushing out pins from a Glock or Smith & Wesson frame, that recessed area catches the pin before it can roll off the edge. On the underside, there’s a ring magnet that holds onto steel components once they come free — no more watching a trigger pin bounce into the abyss. The tray works with a variety of Glock and S&W model pistols and is designed to pair with the Apex Armorer’s Block (sold separately) for a complete work station setup.
